Stall holder fee included

We’d be delighted to have you on the edible garden trail! Your participation would really enrich the event and give visitors a chance to experience locally created artwork in a nature-based surrounding.

Here’s what you need to know about participating as a stall holder:

There’s a $100 fee for stall holders or we can negotiate part fee/part sample product for our garden hosts (they are definitely your target audience!

Checklist for all stall holders:

You’ll need to bring your own setup – tables, chairs, shade, etc.

Making your stall inviting and practical is important for drawing people in.

You must have up-to-date public liability insurance and provide a copy before the event.

Our featured gardens are all generously offered by volunteers who open their gardens to Tamborine Mountain Edible Garden Trail ticketholders. Whether you’ve got a thriving food forest or just a few raised beds, sharing your space is a great way to connect with others, swap ideas, and show that growing your own food is possible—no matter the size of your garden.
